Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026 • Peters Sinkamba Tanzania Limited (PS Tanzania Ltd)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, construction materials store, construction services, and building designs gallery operated by Peters Sinkamba Tanzania Limited, trading as PS Tanzania Ltd (“PSTL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Tanzania under BRELA Certificate of Incorporation No. 159313174, headquartered in Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam. By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Services

PSTL operates a construction materials store listing cement, steel, roofing, blocks, and other building materials with prices and stock status displayed for guidance; a construction services offering covering renovations and extensions, new construction, project management, project consultancy, and legal and compliance services; and a building designs gallery of house plans with indicative bills of quantities and cost estimates. Orders placed through our Order Book are received and routed by our team to the appropriate supplier or site for fulfilment; PSTL does not operate a public multi-vendor marketplace at this time.

2. No Account Required

Placing an order or submitting an enquiry does not require creating an account. Orders are tracked by a unique order reference issued at checkout, together with the contact details you provide; you are responsible for keeping your order reference and providing accurate contact information so we can reach you about delivery.

3. Materials Listing Accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep material prices, specifications, and stock status up to date. Photographs and descriptions are provided for general guidance and may not reflect the exact current batch, brand availability, or packaging of a material. Prices and stock levels are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until an order has been confirmed by us. Where a material becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you using the details provided to arrange a substitute, refund, or delay.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are submitted as a request through our Order Book, together with your client and (for deliveries) delivery location details — an order number is issued immediately, but no payment is collected at this step. Our team reviews the request, confirms materials pricing and, for deliveries, quotes the delivery cost, then contacts you to arrange payment (mobile money, bank transfer, card, or cash). An order is confirmed once pricing is agreed and payment is arranged; our team then routes the order to the appropriate supplier for delivery or collection according to the delivery option you selected. Delivery timeframes communicated to you are estimates and may vary depending on supplier stock and location. Cancellations and refunds for an order already routed to a supplier are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us using the order reference as soon as possible.

5. Construction Services & Design Enquiries

Enquiries submitted about a construction service or a building design are reviewed by our team, who will contact you to confirm scope, an on-site assessment where necessary, and a formal quotation before chargeable work begins. Building design cost estimates and bills of quantities shown on this website are indicative planning figures based on typical material costs at the time of publication and are not a binding quotation; a final quotation is issued only after our team reviews your specific site and requirements.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website to submit false or fraudulent information, impersonate another person, attempt to access another customer's order or enquiry data, interfere with the security or normal operation of the site, or use automated tools to scrape catalog data without our written permission.
